**Mobile Valve **, a division of Source Atlantic Ltd, is Atlantic Canada’s leading valve and actuation service contractor and distributor located in **Mount Uniacke, NS. **We recognize our team of dedicated and customer-oriented employees as a vital strength within our organization. We are currently looking to fill the position of:
**Expeditor**

**Responsibilities**
- Ensures that all materials, supplies, and equipment received for department or project are processed and distributed in a timely manner.
- Inspects shipments and records damages or defects; notifies supervisor and/or purchasing personnel of same.
- Receives incoming materials, supplies, and equipment and compares information on packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment.
- Reconciles invoices with purchase orders in preparation for payment processing.
- Corresponds with suppliers for order status; notifies purchasing personnel of any possible delays or issues.
- Maintains inventory databases - including by not limited to open order reports and customer order book.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a post-secondary education
- Must be able to obtain Controlled Goods and ISED Security Clearance as a condition of employment
- Must be organized and detailed
- Strong computer literacy with particular knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service skills
