**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Wind turbine blade repair (polyester or epoxy resin)
- Cosmetics or structural repairs conducted under the direct supervision of an experienced team leader
- Repair intervention at height on a platform
- Frequent heavy lifting, and moving around at heights
- Perform Labourer based duties at heights
- Utilizing tools, and consumables such as grease to make repairs
- Greasing Wind Turbine as directed
- Removing Bolts as directed
- Stripping materials as directed
- Organizing tools, supplies, and equipment
- Preparing tools, supplies, and equipment for use
- Moving tools, supplies, and equipment from the ground to the top of the Turbine for use
- Maneuver within a Wind Turbine environment to include the ability to gain access to elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells, while working from extreme heights.
- **Physical Job Demand**_:_
- Ability to lift and carry 100 pounds frequently
- Frequent climbing
- Frequent work from heights
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and crouching

**Qualifications, Experience and Skills**:

- Prior Labourer experience
- Confined Space Entry Monitoring - High Angle Rescue _(Willing to Provide Paid Training)_
- First Aid - Standard
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English
- Travel requirement to work on site
- Ability to follow instructions and take direction
- Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively
- Class 5 Drivers License with acceptable driving record
- Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol test
- Must be okay with undergoing a Background Check

, Fixed term contract 7 Weeks starting Mid June, 2023 working 6 days on 1 day off until finished. Possibility of extension, and or being placed to additional Wind Projects.

Rate of Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour + Excellent opportunity for Payable Overtime

- 6 Days on, 1 Day off
- Day shift
- 7 Weeks of continuous work (One week of training in Edmonton, AB)

**Supplemental pay types**:

- Overtime pay
- Live Out Allowance (LOA)
- Average day is anticipated to be 12 hours _**(4 Hours of OT Per Day expected)**_
- **Work Location: On the road - Living out of Hotel, Live Out Allowance Payable (LOA)**_

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 7 weeks

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
