Financial Operations Manager

- Ability to manage a team of finance and accounting professionals
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, including identifying opportunities for improved efficiencies and technological enhancements
- Experienced and skillful in planning, budgeting, strategizing the flow of money for multiple corporate clients
- Strategically and analytically overseeing financial statements for multiple corporate clients, including but not limited to Cash Flow Statements, Balance Sheet, Aging Schedules, and Profit and Loss Statements
- Creating and implementing operational procedures and financial policies for multiple organizations
- Ability to compile, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly and annual financials to clients, including C-Suite executives and boards of directors
- Ability to manage the needs of a fast-paced, rapidly growing team
- Ability to manage the needs of a growing client-base that is increasingly complex
- Sharp eye for identifying irregularities as it pertains to accounting, governance, and operations
- Excellent knowledge of financial and taxation regulations, laws, and any changes thereof
- Ability to generate leads within existing client-based and external to existing client base

**Must-Haves**
- An unmatched commitment to privacy and the highest level of ethics
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or its equivalent, MBA or other professional designation such as CPA considered a strong asset
- Experience in team leadership, employee development, hiring and termination, and working with multiple departments of an organization
- Keen interest and understanding of the macro-economic environment
- Ability and willingness to travel periodically to local client offices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
