Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively to explain the benefits of our products and services
- Negotiate and persuade customers to schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in inside sales or appointment setting is preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Fluent in English, additional fluency in Spanish is a bonus
- Excellent customer service skills

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

- Delta, BC V4C 1Y1: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
