General summary

The main function of the OHS Coordinator is to strategically support managers in developing their skills in OHS management. To achieve this, the coordinator will analyze key OHS performance indicators and coordinate various action plans in collaboration with various organizational players.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze statistics
- Participate in OHS audits and analyze their results;
- Develop/improve and implement management tools and reflexes to raise the organizational skill level of OHS management;
- Develop and implement training programs in occupational health and safety
- Promote an OHS culture and a safe work environment;
- Develop and coordinate OHS action plans and awareness activities
- Collaborate closely with the management team to analyze existing prevention programs and see to their update
- Identify and communicate OHS trends
- Participate and lead the health and safety committee meetings;
- Annually compile, analyze and make recommendations regarding the risks present in all types of jobs in the distribution center.

Job requirements and key competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
- Flexible and available to work outside of business hours
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office environment (Excel);
- Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations (OH&S) and the Latmp Workers' Compensation and Occupational Disease Act
- Ability to work in an environment of continuous improvement and change;
- Communication, negotiation and persuasion skills;
- Organizational skills, rigor and autonomy;
