Our Guelph-Speedvale location has been operating for 10 years now and has an amazing membership base.

**About the Job**:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. Industry experience is not required, but first-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic are Work in a fun, upbeat atmosphere where every day is different.

A perfect applicant will be available for flexible hours, be a team leader, have a passion for health and fitness, and most importantly, be a great representative of our brand To be considered for this position, you must be a high-energy self-starter, have an extroverted personality, be a good motivator/coach, and enjoy sales, marketing, and building great culture in the club.

Important: If you are uncomfortable doing sales or calling leads on the phone and asking them to stop in to see our club, this is not the position or industry for you.

While the club is 24/7, your hours will not be. Our front office staffed hours are Monday-Thursday 10 am - 7 pm and Friday/Saturday 10 am - 2 pm. With the help of your part time assistant you will cover these hours.

**Requirements**:
**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:
Membership Sales — We use a proven system that helps our guests overcome their own roadblocks to starting a fitness program and finally achieving their goals. When used correctly, this system doesn't feel like sales at all.

Club Promotional Marketing — We want you to think outside the box. You will be instrumental is deciding what is the best way to attract quality members. A good understanding of how to use social media and creating Facebook ads is a plus. You will also need to be able to work with and follow a budget to ensure you are on track for achieving the business goals. You will also be responsible for creating daily Meta posts.

Club Cleanliness — This is going to be your club. You are going to be extremely proud of this club. The club cleanliness is one of the many reasons our members love us. Therefore, you will be responsible for the cleanliness and ensuring it is always neat and organized. Yes, you are going to have vacuum the floors and clean the washrooms.

Community Involvement — We love being a part of the local community—even if it means working on a Saturday. There are countless opportunities to get outside the club and promote our business. We actively participate in the local Chamber of Commerce and community-sponsored events.

Team Building — Leading a team and driving results through motivation and fun is a key component to ensure success in the position. Your core team consists of personal trainers, group trainers, and part time staff.
