**Responsibilities**:

- A leader who can motivate their team, leading by example, promote safety, keep projects organized and ensure projects moving forward. Managing a team of up to 5 other people.
- Set up and organize the job site on a day today basis.
- Ordering of all materials for the job.
- Communicate and have ongoing customer service with clients.
- Installation of landscaping and hardscaping projects; soil and sod, shrubs and trees, boulders and stone, landscaping fabric, mulch, retaining walls, decks and anything else that might pertain to any giving landscaping project.
- Responsible for all health and safety aspects for your crew.
- Perform basic maintenance on landscaping equipment
- Submit Time sheets, Safety paperwork and other work information at each property
- Work within timelines to organize work tasks, and leave each property manicured
- Maintain your truck in a tidy manner
- Train new crew members
- Complete other duties as required.

Qualifications:

- 3 to 5 years landscaping experience and 1 to 2 years of experience in a landscape supervisory role.
- Post-secondary education in horticulture or equivalent experience.
- Excellent knowledge of plants, along with the knowledge of horticultural practices that go along with installing and maintaining.
- A leader who can motivate their team, lead by example, promote safety, keep things organized and keep projects moving forward.
- Comfortable with long hours outdoors and unpredictable weather.
- Ability to take direction (verbal and written), learn and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, trustworthy and punctual (various start times).
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform all other physical requirements (repetitive motion, bending, kneeling, and standing).
- High school diploma/GED.
- Valid Class 5 license with a clean abstract and reliable vehicle is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

- Supervisory: 2 years (required)
- Landscape: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Driving License and clean Drivers abstract (required)
