ShoreLine Pavement Marking is a line striping contractor providing premium painting services for parking lots and roads throughout Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. Established in 2018, we have developed an excellent reputation for workmanship, reliable service, and knowledge of pavement marking standards and materials.

Job Duties:

- Operate a line striping cart as part of mobile line painting operation.
- Complete re-striping activities, ensuring lines and markings are identical or improved from existing.
- Perform site preparation including setup and take down of traffic safety protection measures if required, lot sweeping and high-powered air cleaning.
- Perform job preparation activities including material loading, equipment cleaning and maintenance, stencil cutting, etc.
- Ability to follow a plan to place new lines and marks according to layout. Attention to detail and quality workmanship are essential.
- Maintain a clean vehicle, trailer, and painting equipment, ensuring fuel and other fluid levels are adequate for daily operation.
- Drive a truck with trailer.

Hours:
Due to weather and job load constraints, employees must be able to work a very flexible schedule of weed days, week nights, and weekends. Work an be during the day or in the evenings or weekends when businesses are closed, and parking lots are empty.

Working Conditions:

- PPE required and provided: respirator, reflective clothing, gloves, safety glasses, personal work lights.

Select jobs may require hard hat (provided) and CSA approved footwear (supplied by employee).
- Job can be physically demanding, ability to lift 50lbs (5gal bucket of paint), stand, bend, crouch and kneel.This is a great opportunity for students, retired persons, or those seeking a second part time income.This may have the opportunity to develop into a full-time position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 1-40 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$32.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Travel to and from work sites is with a shared vehicle. Masks, gloves and hand sanitizer are provided.
All work is completed in larger spaces our outdoors where social distancing can be maintained.
