**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Perform pre-operational checklists and maintain necessary logs to ensure equipment readiness.
- Adhere to site-specific PPE requirements to promote a safe working environment.
- Maintain an ongoing list of repairs and communicate with supervisors to prioritize tasks.
- Operate skid steers to clean necessary locations on a scheduled basis for efficient operations.
- Proactively monitor plant equipment to identify and address potential breakdowns.
- Monitor feed loader cycle times to ensure a steady and efficient material feed.
- Adhere to scheduled coffee and lunch breaks as directed by supervisors.
- Take responsibility for the maintenance and safe operation of plant equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Work flexible hours as per industry demand, with scheduling monitored by supervisors.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in plant operations or maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Pay: $19.33-$27.65 per hour
