**What you’ll be doing**
- Maintaining and repairing all water lines, piping, fixtures, drains, air and steam lines
- Install, repair and maintain all industrial plumbing fixtures and systems
- Measure, cut, bend and thread pipes
- Read blueprint drawings and specifications
- Basic math skills
- Locate and mark positions for pipe connections
- Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement or soldering
- Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
- Replace hot and cold fixtures
- Maintain all sinks in the plant
- Able to maneuver in small and confined spaces
- Precision, manual dexterity and coordination
- Work to HACCP compliance
- Winterize exterior lines
- Working with other skilled trades professionals
- Operating equipment eg:

- scissor lifts, genie boom
- Other duties as assigned

**Education and technical experience**
- 306A Certification
- High school diploma
- Minimum two years experience of Industrial Plumbing
- Adhere to all facility safety procedures
- Knowledge of plumbing code
