**What We Are Looking For**:
**Responsibilities**:
Help with developing schedules with the Project Manager through strong communication
Manages onsite labor team and schedule labor accordingly
Overlook subcontractors and answer any questions they may have on site
Quality control checks throughout the build including window measurement, room measurements, and communicate if any changes are required
Complete home owner deficiency work such as caulking, drywall patching and paint.
Work through interior design requirements with trades on site to ensure interior design goals are achieved
Ensure job is progressing as planned and identify any critical path issues and communicate with the Project Manager as needed
Ensure subcontractors have all of the information required on site
Work with subcontractors on complex projects such as retaining walls, driveway grading, site preparation
Complete back framing, retaining walls, perimeter drains, slab prep and other various tasks we complete in house
Capture photos for projects as they progress and upload to OneDrive
Communicate with home owners as required regarding on site items
Overlook on site safety to ensure subcontractors and the team are working safely
Complete tasks that are required in a timely fashion such as back framing and other small carpentry related items

**Your Skills**:
Strong carpentry experience to ensure work is progressing to the quality that represents our brand
Strong decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Ability to adapt with change as we are a growing business
Strong attention to detail

**Qualifications**:
Carpenter or equivalent work experience

A minimum of 5 years experience with carpentry related experience including experience on complex build sites

Experience with civil works

**Education**:
Carpenter or equivalent work experience

Company truck and gas provided after 3 month probationary period
