In your role, you will:

- Supervise our partners’s transition:

- Coordinating and participating to the invoicing process of the transition activities to our partners,
- Following account receivable and accounts payables in relation to the transition services,
- Establishing a monthly cash forecast of the transition services,
- Preparing the governance on divested activities to the leadership team,
- Participating to month end activities: prepare journal entries, account reconciliation, various analysis,
- Following the provisions in relation to the divested activities,
- Manage the relationship with the finance teams of our external partners to follow up on transition services,
- Support the M&A team during negotiations on transition services,
- Coordinate the finance activities of the SAP exit projects at the end of the transition period,
- Answer ad hoc request.

**Qualifications**
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance,
- You hold an accounting title (CPA) or an equivalent experience,
- You have more than 5 years of relevant experience,
- You are known for your organization and communication skills,
- You adapt rapidly to a dynamic environment
- You are known to have a great team spirit with a positive attitude and creative thinking
- You are very familiar with MS Office and knowledge of SAP is an asset,
- You are bilingual.
