**Responsibilities**:

- Must work to provide logístical support to technicians and communicating with both fellow employees and customers.
- Ensures all administration functions such as customer specialized reporting, is done within service level and quality standards.
- Handling difficult customer issues, ensuring issues are resolved and effectively communicated in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate key business or technical issues to management team and assist with communication across other departments.
- Working with Service teams to allow route completions and same day services.
- Best Fit: creating solutions and short cuts for the CER team to schedule quickly and effectively, increasing revenues and providing top-notch turn around for clients.
- Same day sick call-ins / short notice leaves: liaise between Service/Office when last minute changes occur, supporting the CER in mornings with viable scheduling solutions allowing them to focus on sales/growth.
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor with service team (including technicians), helping to promote positive interactions between service/tech/office team(s) at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in dispatch or scheduling of field technicians servicing both commercial and residential customers.
- Experienced with customer experience and able to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Outstanding verbal and written skills.
- Ability to quickly build relationships and establish rapport.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High School Diploma.
