Answers calls and handles inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Greets guests including walk-ins in a friendly and efficient manner. Provides tours of spa, as required.
- Handles treatment bookings and scheduling.
- Maintains accurate accounting procedures for cash transactions and reconciles all transactions at the end of the work shift.
- Resolves guest complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintains a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all services, products, and facilities as well as those of our competitors.
- Responds to inquiries by phone and in person, providing complete details of all spa aspects (treatment and facilities).
- Maintains office files/records, including records required by provincial regulations.
- Assists in creating concierge procedures.
- Maximizes revenue through a variety of activities, including strategic booking, upselling, and client retention initiatives.
- Ensures the facility is always in peak condition (operations and cleanliness).
- Always ensure Guest satisfaction by ensuring that safety and service are always the spa’s priority.
- Assists in the recruitment, interview, development, and training of all spa concierge team & spa attendants.
- Assists with purchase order coordination, placement & order tracking.
- Manages inventory including physical counts and professional use and records in Point of Sale.
- Receives orders and maintain accurate inventory counts, retail cost and selling prices.
- Reviews purchase orders for spa products, ensuring cost control, adhering to budget.
- Job Requirements/Qualifications:

- Previous customer service experience in a Spa environment

Excellent command of the English language

Above average communication and problem-solving skills

Positive attitude and a polished look
