Dairy Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced **_Dairy Manager_** to join our Berkey's Corner location. Experience in grocery, freezer and management is definitely an asset, but what we’re really looking for is someone who wants to be part of a great team.

The 49th Parallel is a family run business, proudly operating in and around the Cowichan Valley for over 40 years Our growing business is built on the exceptional customer service our staff provide and we are looking to expand our team.

- Ensure staff are well **_trained and knowledgeable_** and departments are well stocked with beautifully displayed products.
- Oversee the **_health and safety_** of our employees and customers by maintaining a neat and tidy work area and ensuring proper food safe processes are followed.
- **Additional Requirements**_
- Ideally 3 years Dairy management experience
- Strong leadership skills with effective numeracy and organizational abilities
- Written and verbal communication skills
