**POSTE**

Le Collège Régional Champlain est à la recherche d’un **DIRECTEUR ou DIRECTRICE ADJOINT(E) à l’ENSEIGNEMENT et aux AFFAIRES ACADÉMIQUES **- Programmes Pré-universitaires (formation régulière) pour combler un poste de remplacement à temps plein au collège constituant Champlain - Lennoxville.

**FONCTIONS**

Relevant de la directrice du collège constituant et travaillant en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de gestion locale, le/la titulaire est responsable de la planification, du développement et de la saine gestion des programmes académiques, du personnel enseignant et de la pédagogie dans son domaine de responsabilité.
Le/la titulaire supervise de nombreuses facettes des activités académiques quotidiennes à Champlain - Lennoxville et s'efforce d'assurer l'atteinte du plus haut niveau d'excellence dans toutes ses activités académiques.

Plus précisément, le/la directeur(trice) adjoint(e) à l’enseignement et aux affaires académiques - programmes pré-universitaires:

- Veille à la mise en œuvre cohérente de la mission, de la vision et de l'énoncé des valeurs du Collège des politiques et règlements universitaires, des exigences ministérielles et des décisions locales ;
- Participe à la sélection et à l'orientation des nouveaux enseignants ;
- Participe aux diverses instances du Collège telles que la Commission des études et autres comités pertinents du Collège, assiste aux réunions internes et externes pertinentes et peut représenter Champlain - Lennoxville auprès d'instances externes ;
- Collabore à l'élaboration et à la révision des politiques et procédures académiques du collège constituent et de l'ensemble du collège, selon les besoins ;
- Reçoit, répond et assure le suivi des demandes et des plaintes relatives aux questions académiques provenant des parents, des étudiants, des agences gouvernementales et d'autres membres de la communauté pour les programmes et les domaines de responsabilité qui sont sous les auspices du/de la directeur(trice) adjoint(e) ;
- Met en œuvre les conventions collectives et les décrets pertinents, le cas échéant, et participer aux comités de relations de travail ;
- Participe à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre des plans d'exploitation annuels locaux et collégiaux ;
- S'assure que les comités de programme ou les départements sous la responsabilité du/de la directeur(trice) adjoint(e) fournissent des rapports annuels de leurs activités et préparent des plans de travail annuels, et supervise et soutient la mise en œuvre de ces plans de travail ;
- Développe, promeut et surveille les initiatives visant à améliorer la réussite des étudiants, notamment celles identifiées dans le plan de réussite des étudiants ;
- Contribue à la mise en œuvre de la PIEA et de l'IPMAP, notamment en soutenant l'évaluation, la révision et la mise en œuvre des programmes, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le registraire, le gestionnaire des RH et les coordonnateurs (IPMAP) ;
- Assure la tenue de dossiers institutionnels appropriés selon les règles du calendrier de conservation du Collège pour les affaires académiques et la documentation relative aux dossiers d'étudiants ayant des circonstances atténuantes (ex. : intégrité académique) ;
- Procède à l'évaluation du corps professoral ;
- Contribue à l'élaboration et à la production annuelle du calendrier académique (ex. : offre de programmes et de cours) ;
- Supervise les aspects opérationnels de la formation générale régulière et des programmes académiques pré-universitaires, y compris le personnel enseignant et la pédagogie ;
- En collaboration avec la directrice, s'assure que la politique institutionnelle sur l'évaluation du rendement des étudiants (PIEA) est révisée à intervalles réguliers (absences justifiées, malhonnêteté académique, etc.) ;
- Supervise le développement professionnel du corps professoral par le biais d'activités individuelles ou collectives (par exemple, le comité de la Journée de l'éducation), d'ateliers, de l'AQPC, de Performa et de projets de recherche ;
- Représente le Collège auprès des parties prenantes externes, selon les besoins (par exemple, les comités de la Fédé) ;
- Effectue d'autres tâches connexes telles qu'assignées par la directrice du collège constituant.
