**What you'll do**
- Prepare formulations such as liposomes, lipid nanoparticles and polymeric nanoparticles for small molecules, peptides, and nucleic acid delivery.
- Perform formulation characterization and _in vitro_ assays to determine the physicochemical and biological properties of nanoparticle formulations.
- Participate in experimental design, problem-solving and technical discussions.
- Maintain appropriate lab records and documentation.
- Works with team members across departments as required to fulfil client projects.
- Prepares Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), reports and technical presentations.
- Follows and contributes to standardization of documentation and procedures.
- Assists in the day-to-day management of the lab including ordering, shipping and receiving, inventory management and maintaining a safe lab environment

**Who you are**

BSc. or MSc. in a Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences or relevant disciplines with at least 2 years of laboratory experience.
- Experience in the preparation and characterization of nanoparticle formulations is an asset.
- Hands-on experience with standard molecular biology techniques such as ELISA, gel electrophoresis, qPCR, western blotting, etc. is an asset.
- A resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented individual.
- Team player who thrives in a dynamic environment with multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Experience in analytical assays, strong analytical and troubleshooting capability.
