We are looking for individuals who are willing to learn, are passionate about the craft, and are hard working to join our team. This person will be skilled in constructing residential wood framed houses. They have strong communication skills and are willing to work on the job at hand and get all tasks done from framing floor, wall and roof systems (trusses and hand-cut).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Use a variety of hand and power tools effectively.
- Frame walls, floors, and roof structures.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Adhere to strict timeliness for project completion.

**Requirements**:

- Proven carpentry experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Current Working at Heights training certification.
- Ownership of basic Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and a carpenter's tool belt.
- Strong commitment to quality, consistency, and professionalism.
- Ability to meet tight tolerances and detailed specifications on every project.
- Punctuality and reliability are imperative.

Compensation will be based on skill level, to be discussed in initial conversation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
