Job Summary:
L'associé des ventes est un poste à temps partiel responsable de soutenir l'équipe de leadership de la
boutique en vue d'atteindre tous les objectifs et de réaliser toutes les initiatives de l'entreprise. Il montre l'exemple et maintient un excellent service à la clientèle en ayant une communication efficace, une bonne connaissance du produit et des techniques appropriées de vente Il doit respecter les normes de l'entreprise sur les présentations de marchandise, le réapprovisionnement et la disponibilité des tailles tout conservant la boutique et l'arrière-boutique propres et organisées Il est directement subordonné au gérant de boutique.

**Responsibilities**:
Expérience de magasinage des clients
- Demeure attentif face aux activités des clients et y répond avec empressement en accordant la priorité au service à la clientèle par rapport à toute autre tâche
- Accueille et salue les clients tout en leur offrant un niveau approprié de service
- Communique de façon efficace la valeur et la qualité de notre marchandise tout en informant les clients des promotions en cours et offre des solutions lorsqu'un article est épuisé
- Fait preuve d'un jugement solide en s'occupant de façon efficace des questions et problèmes des clients
- Démontre les aptitudes de vente nécessaires pour générer un impact positif sur le taux de conversion
- Offre un service rapide, amical et précis au comptoir-caisse

Expérience de marque
- Maintient un niveau approprié des stocks et fait en sorte que toutes les tailles et tous les modèles soient offerts
- Respecte les normes de l'entreprise en matière de présentation des marchandises, de signalisation et de mise en valeur.
- Assume la responsabilité des tâches assignées
- Encourage et maintient un entrepôt propre, bien organisé et efficace en respectant les normes en matière d'environnement prêt à recevoir le client et les exigences de

- Effectue les travaux d'entretien quotidiens conformément aux normes de l'entreprise
- Protège les biens de l'entreprise en assurant le respect de toutes les procédures de

- Signale rapidement à l'équipe de direction les besoins en matière de maintenance et de matériel pour offrir aux clients et associés un environnement propre et sécuritaire en tout temps
- Contribue à l'atteinte des objectifs de la boutique par des efforts ciblés et bien gérés
- Fait preuve de flexibilité en faisant le traitement des marchandises au besoin

Niveau d'éducation et expérience de travail
- Expérience de vente au détail préalable souhaitable
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent requis

Connaissance des affaires et compétences essentielles
- Excellente implication des clients
- Compétences confirmées en gestion du temps et sens de l'organisation
