**The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator** will work closely with the TRAXX Mechanics team, reporting to the local senior Red Seal Mechanic. The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator is a vital group member, ensuring Motor Coach parts, shipments and documentation are diligently managed and processed. Your attention to detail will be critical to ensure a seamless movement of components to streamline the maintenance of the motor coach units and minimize fleet downtime. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling parts shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining inventory records.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Process shipping and receiving documentation and coordinate with vendors and internal customers to resolve discrepancies.
- Distribute parts to designated locations promptly and accurately.
- Maintain organized inventory storage areas, ensuring efficient accessibility and cleanliness.
- Update and maintain detailed inventory records using our inventory management system and conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure accurate stock levels.

**ABOUT YOU**
You excel in logistics coordination and demonstrate calmness, professionalism, and strong skills in managing shipping, receiving, and inventory distribution. Your excellent communication, time management, and decision-making abilities ensure accurate documentation and efficient inventory management.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- A valid Class 5 Driver’s License is required.
- Previous experience in shipping/receiving or logistics, preferably focusing on parts or the automotive/trucking/transport industry, is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and documentation.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures, including knowledge of relevant documentation and regulations.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.); experience with an inventory management system is beneficial.
- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic vehicle parts knowledge, specifications, and functions are advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills (organizational, team-oriented & focused).
- Must work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to comfortably carry items weighing up to 50 lbs multiple times daily.
