**Job Summary**
The Production Associate will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and Operations Manager preparing and packing project orders as outlined on Bill of Materials, conducting Quality Assurance checks on incoming and outgoing material, and shipping final projects.

**Role Description**
- Support and assist within the production process from fabrication to packing of products
- Accurately prepare orders using project specific Bill of Materials and prepare final products for shipment
- Inspect and verify shipped material for both incoming and outgoing shipments
- Identify damage goods and report findings to supervisor and management
- Manually load and unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms and lifting devices
- Conducting quality assurance on incoming and outgoing material
- Identifying damaged material on receipt of order and quarantining material
- Track product inventory
- Pick and pack items from stock
- All other duties as required

**Competencies**:

- Strong communication, verbal & written.
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- Demonstrates strong time management skills
- High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must have basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
