We are currently seeking applicants for the position of **Crushing Plant Foreman**to join our dynamic team.
- Supervise and lead a team of operators and laborers to ensure safe and efficient operation of the crushing plant.
- Monitor daily production targets and quality control to meet project specifications.
- Ensure the maintenance and repair of crushing equipment are carried out as needed.
- Conduct routine inspections to verify equipment functionality and troubleshoot any issues.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all company and local safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the aggregate manager to optimize production processes and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, maintenance logs, and production reports.
- Provide training to new employees and ensure team adherence to safe operating practices.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan and execute crusher mobilization.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in crushing operations.
- Strong knowledge of crushing equipment, including crushers, conveyors, screens, and other aggregate production machinery.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret production schedules and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
- Willing to travel within the province.
