Cad Drafter

**Access Window & Door Design Centre** specializes in manufacturing and distributing high-end Tilt & Turn fenestration products throughout North America. With a strong reputation for innovation and reliability, we are expanding our team and seeking a **CAD Drafter.**

As we continue to expand and grow, we are looking for a self-motivated individual to help us on our technical support team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- 2D and 3D CAD Design drafting.
- Prepare technical construction drawings (Floorplans, Sections, Elevations, Details)
- Prepare technical drawings of mechanical components.
- 3D rendering and animation of mechanical processes.
- Provide drawing support to Project Lead and Sales Team in collaborating on building projects

**Job Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Post-secondary diploma or certificate of CAD-related education.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, etc.
- Technical knowledge and understanding.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly motivated, strong work ethic, and able to work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Team mentality and a positive attitude with the ability to be self-directed.
- Ability to solve problems and provide creative solutions.
- Reliable and goal-oriented.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Must be reliable and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
