**About Seeds of Leadership**:
**Responsibilities**
- Develop a thorough plan for multiple leadership retreats
- Facilitate daily retreats’ activities such as games, activities, team-building exercises, special events, and educational exhibition-related activities
- Promptly reports absences to the program manager, maintains ratios and completes headcounts according to the City Camp policies and procedures
- Prioritize the Seed Leads well-being, safety and protection throughout the retreat
- Evaluate situations for potential risks to the safety, protection and well-being of the Seed Leads.
- Proactively take mitigating actions to address risks
- Prepare and organize program equipment and supplies, reporting any inventory shortages to the program manager
- Demonstrate the confidence and ability to make decisions independently of peers and in the best interests of the Seed Leads
- Resolve problems and conflicts effectively as they arise
- Ensure all participants are aware of upcoming events and schedule changes
- Organize and assist with set-up and clean-up of retreat events, activities and programs
- Build positive, constructive relationships with staff and volunteers with the goal of meeting the Seed Leads needs
- Coach and mentor volunteers and Seed Leads
- Provide feedback to the program manager through formal assessments
