We are looking for a highly motivated, committed, critical thinker who leads by example to join our Residential Support team as **Program Supervisor.** If you feel you can make a real difference to the lives of the individuals we support by providing direction to build person centered programming, then this is the role for you.

**As a Program Supervisor** you will be responsible for operational leadership in the Residential Support Program. Key aspects of the role include; the development and implementation of process guidelines, service monitoring and evaluation, service delivery coordination and intervention, overseeing payroll and employee expenses, recruitment, and community liaison.

To succeed as a Program Supervisor you should be able to demonstrate the ability to:

- Lead and participate in the development of comprehensive Individualized Service Plans and Positive Behavioral Approaches.
- Ensure that policies, processes and procedures are implemented and that accreditation standards are met.
- Provide leadership and support to Supervisors and Frontline Staff to facilitate in effective service delivery.
- Promote and advocate on behalf of the agency, agency services, direct service team and the individuals being supported.
- Act as the team resource for information on relevant policies, procedures, legislation, and regulations
- Participate in the community to encourage and support community options, bridges, and connections
- Provide support and consultation as required to the afterhours On-Call Supervisor for your teams
- Recruit new employees and conduct orientations of the agency and the program
- Contribute to the development and management of team scheduling
- Provide support and feedback with support workers required documentation

**You will bring**:
**Formal Education**: Post-Secondary diploma/degree in Social services, Community Rehabilitation, Disability Studies, or a related field.

**Experience**: Three to five years providing supports to Adults with Developmental Disabilities. Demonstrated leadership skills relative to planning, implementation, evaluation and management. CPI experience required.

**Hours**: This is a full time permanent position from 8:30am to 4:30pm (Monday-Friday) however, some evening and weekend work may be necessary, including an on-call rotation.

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**:

- A positive attitude and belief that persons with disabilities have the right and responsibility to define and peruse their own life choices and participating in their communities
- Demonstrated supervisory, leadership and team building skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team
- oriented work environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to identify issues, set priorities and implement an appropriate plan of action
- Well-developed reporting and computer skills
- Understanding of the broader range of community resources available to support Individuals.

**Other Necessities**:

- You will need to have a reliable car with personal liability insurance with a minimum coverage of two million ($2,000,000.00) and SEF44 Protection Endorsement
