Your days will include:

- Managing the staff and barn site
- Meeting production targets
- Carrying out feeding and vaccination programs
- Monitoring proper animal handling
- Performing minor maintenance tasks and general on farm duties
- Maintaining livestock performance records
- Responding to after-hours alarm calls
- Other duties as assigned

To succeed in this role, you possess:

- Organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Good work ethic and self-motivation
- Ability to work well with others
- Availability to work rotating weekend shifts
- 2 years swine tech experience
