Groupe LCI Canada Inc., chef de file en Amérique du Nord dans l'industrie des pièces de remplacement pour véhicules récréatifs, remorques, maisons préfabriquées ainsi que fabricant de fenêtres d’autobus scolaires recherche un chargé de projets.

Sous la responsabilité du directeur ingénierie, le chargé de projets participe au développement des produits en prenant charge de la coordination des activités de développement. Il assure la communication liée au suivi de projets avec le client et les usines de fabrication. Son rôle vise a assurer que toutes les étapes du processus de développement de produits sont exécutées selon la planification définie.

Responsabilités:
**Responsabilités principales**:
Planifier et coordonner les différents éléments liés à la gestion de projets:

- Définition du scope de projets;
- Planification des ressources requise pour la réalisation des projets;
- Gestion de l’échéancier. Assurer la réalisation des étapes selon le processus de barrières; en place, tout en optimisant le chemin critique;
- Gestion des coûts;
- Identification et gestion des risques;
- Coordination des achats en fonction des temps de livraisons des composants;
- Définition et coordination des plans de tests.

Analyser les demandes de soumissions et coordonner les activités liées à la réalisation de la proposition technique;

Définition et suivi de KPI de projet. Prendre les actions requises pour atteindre l’objectif défini;

Assurer la communication inter-Usine et client;

S’assurer de l’intégration et réalisation des éléments qualités au projet.

Déplacement aux États-Unis

Qualification:
**Exigences académiques**
- Un baccalauréat en génie ou une formation équivalente.
- Diplôme en gestion de projet

**Expériences spécifiques**
- Expérience significative en gestion de projet.
- Capacité à superviser une équipe et de planifier l’exécution du travail selon les exigences de l’organisation.
- Capacité à planifier son travail en tenant compte de plusieurs facteurs d’influence (temps, matière première, outils, ressources humaines, qualité, etc.);
- Gestion du stress;
- Maîtrise des outils MS Office;
- Être en mesure de susciter l’intérêt de ses collègues dans les projets qu’il mène;
- Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l’organisation ainsi qu’une attitude positive et respectueuse;
- Leadership, esprit d’équipe et initiative;
- Esprit de synthèse et d’analyse.
- Bilinguisme Français/Anglais, déplacement aux États -Unis.
