**You as a Construction Manager will**:

- Oversee the design, construction, and warranty handover of all EllisDon Developments’ (EDD) Residential projects to ensure projects are completed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule objectives.
- Engage with EllisDon Residential construction in all budgeting and costing exercises to optimize project revenues and maintain appropriate quality objectives
- Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions as required
- Develop and maintain, in consultation with ED Residential, Pre-construction schedules, baseline construction schedules, procurement schedules, commissioning and PDI schedules.
- Plan, coordinate and/or supervise activities of all company personnel on assigned project(s)
- Communicate schedule and challenges effectively to the EDD team, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure project safety standards, company, client policies and environmental programs are adhered to in consultation with ED Residential.

**Is this the right role for you?**
- 10-15 years supervisory or equivalent experience in Residential Construction
- Engineering or Construction related degree/diploma, or an equivalent work experience
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods); company policies, procedures and standards, union jurisdiction, labor agreements and negotiations essential
- Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills
