**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Supervise and coordinate outbound operations, including order picking, packing, and shipping, to meet customer requirements and delivery deadlines.
- Plan and prioritize daily workflow to optimize productivity and minimize order processing times.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to warehouse associates, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Train and develop team members in outbound processes, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with quality standards, accuracy in order fulfillment, and adherence to shipping regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as inventory control, customer service, and transportation departments, to resolve order discrepancies, address customer inquiries, and ensure smooth order fulfillment processes.
- Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to schedule pickups, track shipments, and optimize transportation routes for cost-effective and timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of outbound transactions, including order status, shipping manifests, and delivery confirmations.
- Analyze performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outbound operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety awareness and accountability among team members.

**MUST HAVES**
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, distribution, or logistics, with a focus on outbound operations and order fulfillment.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team to achieve performance goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
