As an Analyst in Revenue Sciences, you will provide problem solving support to Revenue Management with a focus on customer performance and compliance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess customer performance and profitability and make recommendations
- Ensure business needs are met and drive the continuous integration of pricing and storytelling into all deliverables
- Assist with AIP (Account improvement program) and liaison with the RM pricing and sales team to ensure the actions are taken
- Ensuring rigor and accuracy in all pricing analyses.
- Working closely with other departments to manage issues and recommend resolutions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Contracts, Legal).
- Presenting recommendations and operating within delegation of authority and approval guideline framework.
- Managing customer compliance.
- Track and report on key pricing initiatives
- Develop and maintain Revenue Management support tools to drive yield and profitability
- Performing ad hoc analyses and operationalizing corporate pricing initiatives.
- Contributing towards the continuous improvement of processes to help drive efficiencies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Statistics or related field.
- 3-5 years of business experience or similar role.
- Exceptionally high computer skills with experience in data manipulation and analysis using Excel, Access and SQL; knowledge of SAP is an asset.
- Data science experience/training would be an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities and meet deliverables.
- Strong Analytical, Problem Solving, Organizational, Written and Oral Communication Skills.
- Ability to work effectively with high level direction, strategies and problem statements.
- Ability to comfortably interact with all levels within the organization to achieve desired results
- Ability to prepare, present and speak confidently to analyses and explain results in written and verbal format to the team and non-financial individuals.
