Beausejour Co-op is hiring **a Deli Supervisor **in our
**Oakbank Food Store **location.

**Who we are**:
**What you’ll do**:

- Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service to customers and members.
- Assist with recruitment, train, supervise staff, and demonstrate leadership in the deli department.
- Receive and inspect store orders upon delivery to ensure all product is immediately stored in proper temperature-controlled environment.
- Prepare fresh value-added product and home meal replacement items as per established Coop recipes and procedures. Ensure consistency in ingredients used and preparation method at all times.
- Ensure the Department is properly stocked with merchandise and faced at all times.
- Assist the Deli Manager in ordering duties and inventory control.
- Other duties as required.

**Available positions**:

- **Full Time Deli Supervisor; **must be available days, evenings, and weekends. 40 hours per week.
