Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform echocardiography procedures on patients in accordance with established protocols and procedures
- Obtain and record patient medical history and relevant data
- Operate and maintain Philips echocardiography equipment and ISCV Reporting systems
- Ensure the quality of echocardiography images and make appropriate annotations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Maintain patient records and prepare reports as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- Completion of a recognized cardiac sonography program
- Current registration with Sonography Canada and/or the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cardiology setting working with Philips equipment
- Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology, as well as echocardiography principles and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
