**The Company**:
OSL (Outsourced Sales Leadership) was established in 2012 in Mississauga, Ontario, to provide clients with customized designed sales solutions in retail, direct sales, merchandising and customer acquisition.

**Summary**:
Reporting to the Director of Finance, the **Finance Manager** is a key contributor to the finance team providing exceptional managing, planning, analytical, and reporting support. As a Finance Manager, you are responsible for providing oversight and reporting associated with a business unit, retail client programs, as well as our project initiatives. This position is fluid and will provide the right individual with the opportunity to grow with the company and take on new challenges.

**What you’ll do**:

- Manage, maintain, and support the planning process for our various programs and departments
- Support the monthly reporting activities including the coordination and review of month-end results, preparation of summaries, and variance analysis
- Support executives, program leads, peers, and subordinates through sound (accurate and timely) analysis
- Build high trust relationships with key stakeholders and influence their decisions to meet OSL’s growth objectives
- Assist in key business decisions by providing robust modeling for new businesses or change initiatives
- Continually evaluate financial tools and processes to look for optimization opportunities
- Communicate with business groups to validate their spending and to exchange facts and ideas for operational and financial efficiency
- Ensure approved budgets and forecasts (and any changes) are communicated to business groups
- Support the FP&A transformation to improve the financial support to the business through sound, efficient, and transparent analysis
- Present analysis in an understandable and simplified way to management
- Assist with accounting function by journalizing entries during month-end and reviewing Bank, AP, AR, and balance sheet reconciliations

**What you’ve done**:

- University degree or College diploma in Business, Finance/Accounting, or business-related discipline
- CPA designation or equivalent required
- 5+ years experience in a corporate accounting environment with solid technical accounting knowledge
- Comfortable in a fast paced, high growth, dynamic environment
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills accompanied with a strong business acumen
- Driven and results oriented with the ability to take initiatives, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
- Effective relationship builder with superior interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to deal with people at all levels of the organization in a professional and competent manner
- Advanced Excel skills, working knowledge of MS Business Central, Concur, and Power BI are an asset
