We are looking for a Transaction Technician to join our team. In this position, you will be working in the investment funds field, carrying out transactions on savings and retirement contracts.

**_ This is a contract position for 1 year (12 months)._**

**What you will do**:

- Validate the information received
- Process internal transfers from other departments
- Analyze and execute transactions while respecting customer service standards
- Bring your expertise to administrative tasks when processing various transaction requests
- Enter financial and non-financial information in computer systems
- Process a high volume and variety and of requests within established deadlines
- Bring, if necessary, new ways of doing things to improve the work to be done

**Does this describe you?**
- You have excellent communication skills
- You enjoy tasks that require analysis and research
- You are flexible and open to work overtime when needed
- You have 1-year relevant experience
- You have a degree (college / DEC) in administration or equivalent
- You have a Good sense of customer service and listening skills
