- Prep/bake all muffins/cheese/regular croissants/T-biscuits/cookies/donuts/tarts/Danishes/Doughnuts
- Record all bakery products produced
- Wash/Rinse/Sanitize all dishes/work/equipment/work area as required
- Cash handling - processing payments

- Knowledge of all bakery items/bake times and temp
- The ability/knowledge to decorate/finishing donuts
- The ability to multi-task
- The ability to produce/finish all items to standards
