Responsibilities:

- Provide hardware support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware components and systems
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operations
- Respond to service requests and provide timely resolution to hardware-related problems
- Conduct hardware inventory management and maintain accurate records
- Assist with the setup and deployment of new hardware equipment
- Follow standard operating procedures for hardware maintenance and repairs

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Hardware Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware systems and components
- Familiarity with MacOS and Windows operating systems
- Proficiency in IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Remedy
- Understanding of computer networking concepts, including LAN/WAN configurations
- Knowledge of firewall configurations and security protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose hardware issues
- Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills
