**Our beautiful 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with vaulted ceiling, curving staircase and stone fireplace provides a wonderful setting year-round for weddings, banquets, private parties, and golf tournaments.**

**Golf and events are our business. We are now hiring for the 2024 season.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Take food orders from the wait staff
- Prepare food according to customer preference
- Make adjustments to accommodate clients with specific diet and health concerns
- Set up and maintain a clean and safe workstation
- Follow sanitation guidelines, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and order
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor and manage food, supplies and cooking tools
- Record food temperatures
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager
- Must follow health and safety policies and procedures

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Must be able to work a flexible work shift including weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Current Food Safety Certificate
