Painter/handyman

Teamco Property Services is currently looking for a painter’s helper to carry out painting, drywall, and general maintenance repairs in high end condominiums downtown.

We are looking for someone with at least 3 years experience in painting and drywall experience is an asset. A vehicle is required to get you from place to place as well as a cell phone to communicate with Supervisor and office.

Day to day operations would be but not limited to:

- Meeting with Supervisor daily - Going to various sites throughout high end buildings - Maintaining safe and tidy work areas
- Carry out interior and exterior painting, drywall, and general repairs to company standards - Clean up after repairs, inspect for quality of work, and fix any issues that may arise.
- Must be comfortable working on ladders
- Must have their own reliable vehicle We are looking for someone reliable, coachable, and has effective communication skills. Must be able to speak English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
