Our team of dedicated baristas is at the heart of our success, bringing creativity, passion, and a commitment to excellence to every cup they serve.

As a Barista at our new shop, you will be an integral part of our café team, responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages and creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our customers. Your primary duties will include:
**Coffee Preparation**: Skillfully prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, cold brews, and more, adhering to our quality standards.

**Customer Service**: Engage with customers in a friendly, courteous manner, taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring that each guest receives exceptional service throughout their visit.

**Maintaining Cleanliness**: Keep the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas clean and organized at all times to maintain a pleasant and inviting environment.

**Cash Handling**: Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, processing payments and providing change when necessary.

**Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on our coffee offerings, seasonal specials, and any relevant promotions to provide customers with valuable information.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations, assist in other tasks as needed, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
- An interest in coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing methods and coffee origins.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Food safety and hygiene knowledge will be a plus.
