Driver Pay Clerk

_**Overview**:_

1) On a weekly basis, supporting the payroll process of reviewing and approving trip reports to ensure that all company drivers are paid in a timely and accurate manner.
- **Core Duties**:_
- Review and process weekly driver trip reports in the Company’s ERP system
- Investigate and resolve any trip report errors by working cross-functionally with other Company departments
- Maintain and update driver pay profiles
- Ensure all source deductions and benefit rates are current in the Company’s ERP system
- Scanning supporting documentation into the Company’s ERP system
- Support the Driver Pay Supervisor with ad hoc task and project requests, as required
- **Qualifications**:_
- College or University diploma / degree in business or accounting is preferred
- Payroll designation, completion of some payroll courses or prior payroll experience considered an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong computer skills working with accounting software
- Experience in trucking industry considered an asset

**Salary**: $36,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
