**Overview**
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions and assisting with product inquiries. Your ability to engage with customers and promote products will contribute significantly to our sales success.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Accurately process transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to enhance the customer experience.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging sales.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Uphold company policies regarding returns, exchanges, and payment processing.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience in cashiering or retail sales is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for seamless transaction processing.
- Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Sales skills with a passion for promoting products effectively in a retail environment.
- Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous, as you will be assisting customers with tech-related products.

Pay: $21.64-$24.71 per hour
