**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various restaurant construction build-outs. This includes coordinating project activities, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed within timeframes and quality standards. This role will be based in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for some remote work.

**Qualifications**
- Project Coordination and Construction Project Management skills
- Experience in budgeting and construction management
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred
