**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and lead field teams to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Train and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and operational targets.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors as necessary.
- Oversee cash handling processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities within the field.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Maintain accurate records of operations, including inventory management and reporting.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a field-based environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Experience in cashiering or cash handling is preferred.
- Background in training development to enhance team capabilities.
- Familiarity with sales processes and techniques is advantageous.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with various stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
