Overview:
We are currently seeking an Associate to join our team. As an Associate, you will play a vital role in our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods and materials. This is a physically demanding position that requires the ability to operate various equipment and perform heavy lifting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate forklifts, and Aerial Lifts (Training to be Provided)
- Perform order picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading trucks
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and stock checks
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

**Skills**:

- Experience forklifts, or other warehouse equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to [insert weight limit]) on a regular basis
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks

Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions

**Salary**: $16.78-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
