Aborist - Supervisor

**Overview**
Boreal Tree Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Arborist Supervisor to join our growing crew.

Your day to day will be focussed on providing exceptional arborist services, with a dynamic crew. We have a strong leaning towards sustainable tree care, which focuses on management and risk prevention.

We also understand work life balance, and as such operate on a Monday - Thursday schedule. With additional hours on Fridays if desired.

We are looking to onboard the right applicant ASAP for the remainder of the 2024 season, continuing into the 2025 season.

This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to help in staff development, and a commitment to achieving company goals while maintaining our high standard of customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily crew operations.
- Perform all climbing arborist tasks necessary (pruning, rigging, removals, planting etc.).
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- ISA Certified Arborist (or willingness to become certified within 3 months of hiring).
- Proficiency in all aspects of daily arborist tasks. Such as; climbing, pruning, plant management, removal processes etc..
- Valid class 5 Manitoba drivers license, class 3 air brakes is an asset.
- 3+ years experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
