**Skills and Attributes**
- LEVEL 3 - Early Childhood Educator certification ( ELCC Graduate or Equivalent and a minimum of **3 years supervisory experience within a childcare setting AND previous Infant/Toddler supervisory experience**)
- Have a strong passion for the childcare field and working with Infants and Toddlers
- Knowledge of child care licensing standards
- A warm, open manner, positive attitude, willingness to learn and a high energy level
- Comfort communicating and collaborating with staff and families with diverse cultures and languages
- A Current Standard Child Care First Aid & clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check and a clear Child Intervention Check
- Fluency in a second language is an asset and/or sign language.
- Basic computer skills is required
- Fluency in reading and writing English is required

**Wage**: Competitive salary which includes Accreditation hourly wage top-up

**Hours of Work**: Full-time shift - 8:45 am to 5:45 pm, Monday to Friday

**Location**:Intercultural Child & Family Centre - Norquest (formerly 1000 Women Child Care Centre) located in the Singhmar Centre for Learning - location in Rm 1-165, 10215 - 108 Street NW, Edmonton, AB T5H 0T7
