**Iron Adjustment Foreman**
**Location**: Ottawa West

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of ironworkers engaged in adjusting and aligning iron and steel structures
- Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, codes, and safety regulations
- Reviewing blueprints and drawings to determine work requirements and plan the sequence of tasks
- Inspecting work sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Training and mentoring crew members, providing guidance on best practices and techniques
- Communicating effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate work activities
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed, materials used, and crew hours
- Performing other duties as assigned by the superintendent or project manager
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in ironwork, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role
- Strong knowledge of structural steel erection and adjustment techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Must be physically able to lift and carry at least 50 to 75 lbs on a regular basis
- Valid driver's license and own mode of transportation required
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
