- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide leadership and guidance to account managers and sales teams
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles in Metal Fabrication and Manufacturing. This is a must have competency, applicants without relevant experience will not be considered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects

**Salary**: $54,671.67-$138,981.54 per year
