Renovation Specialist

**VEHICLE/TRANSPORTATION REQUIRED**

Must drive to and from job sites/shop, have a valid license and own vehicle/tools.

Renovation professional with experience required. A minimum of 10 years total experience renovating/construction.

Must own their own tools

Thumbs Up Painting and Renovating is growing again. We are a locally owned and operated company looking for a full time tradesperson with a minimum of 10 years experience.

Hourly pay depends on experience and what you can bring to the table ranging from $25.00 - $35.00.

Experience required:
Interior/Exterior - Residential/Commercial

Drywall, Flooring, Framing, Finish Carpentry are mandatory

Installing trim/baseboard, tiling (an asset), general handyman and renovation skills, countertops/cupboards.

Special consideration will be given to those with other proven painting experience.

Preparation - Drop sheets at all times.

Plastic/masking where required or deemed suitable. Surface prep (scrape patch sand prime etc...).

Ladder and scaffolding experience. No fear of heights. Working at heights cert. is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
