**THE ROLE**
Glacier Greens Golf Course is a beautifully manicured 18 Hole Championship course open year round to both CAF members and the public. Glacier Greens offers excellent facilities including a covered range and synthetic (Syn-lawn) tee range, a full service Pro Shop, a fully licensed restaurant with meeting and banquet facilities, and a beautiful outdoor patio overlooking the 18th green.

As a Proshop Attendant, you will assist in running the day-to-day operations of the Proshop. Under the direction of the Proshop Supervisor, and with the mountains as your backdrop, you will provide excellent customer service to our guests with your knowledge of the course and our products and deliver a smooth experience from start to finish. Duties include, operating POS systems, answering inquiries, preparing golf carts for use, and general cleanup of the driving range area.

**QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED** Education, Certifications and Licenses**

High school diploma AND some years of experience in a related field

OR

An acceptable combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered

AND Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (BC), as required

Must possess a Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (BC), as required

**Experience**

In merchandising, marketing and display set-up

In using a Point of Sale (POS) system

In using general office equipment

In cash handling

In serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as required

**Competencies, Skills and Abilities**

Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.

**LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS**
English Essential, Bilingual an asset
